Standard Ground Delivery to the 48 States is free. We ship by USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. Overnight Delivery by quotation. We usually ship the same day if order is received before 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Expect 1 to 5 days for delivery depending upon location. For Kentucky residents we add appropriate sales taxes. We also ship to APO addresses via USPS when weight and size restrictions are met. Alaska, Hawaii, and foreign orders are charged $ 45.00 per item. Our Flags fly globally, even over North Pole, Alaska.
Standard Commercial Warranty Applies. All of our products exceed U.S Government specifications, the highest standards in the industry. We welcome you to compare our construction methods against others and will send samples on request for your review. We will accept returns within 10 days in exchange for store credit against other merchandise. Please inspect your packages immediately and report any damages, so we may replace your items promptly. Custom, made to order flags, poles, and interment flags are not returnable..
